Our t-shirts are made from the highest quality fabric. The stretchy, durable and soft material will allow you to be active all day! And all over colorful prints won't ever fade!
- 95% polyester, 5% elastane (fabric composition may vary by 1%)
- Fabric weight: 6.19 oz/yd² (210 g/m²)
- Premium knit mid-weight jersey
- Four-way stretch fabric that stretches and recovers on the cross and lengthwise grains
What size should I order?
Please carefully review our size chart where you will find the exact t-shirt measurements. Depending on your personal preference you may want to order a size up for a looser fit.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes. You will need to create an account for many reasons such as tracking orders, communication, saving your work, etc. Most importantly we can assure we are handling the ordering and communications efficiently. It is also very convenient when you want to place future orders!
Turn your custom t-shirt into a custom outfit! For some kids categories, you will have an option to add matching leggings with your t-shirt design! Once you complete your custom t-shirt, we will automatically match it with a pair of leggings that coordinate! Simply select the 'Matching Leggings' option after selected the size and quantity of your t-shirt.
What material are the leggings?
These soft kids leggings have an elasticized waistband and are just perfect for any active kid!
- 82% polyester, 18% spandex

Can I choose a different size than the size I select for my t-shirt?
We automatically select the leggings size based on the t-shirt size you select. So if you order a size small tee, then we match it with a size small leggings.
Why do I not see an option for matching leggings?
Not every product offers matching leggings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via our trusted vendor PAYPAL - Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards.
We always try our very best to get your order to you as quick as possible but here's the general rule:
Orders that are placed Monday - Friday before 5pm EST will be processed within approximatley 5-7 business days. Orders that are placed after 5pm, Saturdays and Sundays or on a major holiday will be sent for processing on the next business day.
This does not include shipping times so please add on the appropriate ship times to estimate when you will receive your order!
Holiday Orders:
For orders that are placed during major holidays please allow an additional 2-3 days processing time.
How does the ordering process work?
Creating a custom t-shirt is an easy and fun process! Once you choose a t-shirt design you will go into the design studio to create your custom shirt! You will receive an online proof instantly. You are then prompted to enter your initials for approval befoe placing your order!
What is the Design Studio?
The design studio is divided into 4 tabs. Each tab includes elements that can be added by simply clicking the thumbnails located on the left hand side. It's fun and easy to use since we do all the thumbnail placements and sizing on our back end. You will enjoy playing around with different colors, characters, elements and more!
My design needs a little tweeking....Should I fix it myself before ordering?
Nope! We want you to enjoy the design process and not worry about the nitty gritty. Therefore we carefully review every design before we finalize your order! If for any reason we see a need to make minor fixes, we will do so. However incase of any major issues in which your design will need to be altered, we will contact you before making any changes! Rest assured - the final output will be perfect and your finished product will look super fabulous!
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship standard delivery which is 3-4 business days. We charge a flat rate of $10. Currently we do not offer rush shipping. Once your order has shipped we will provide you with a tracking number which can be found under your order details in your Smocksy account.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately at this time we only ship within the US, but if you live outside the US and have interest in our products please email us at info@smocksy.com with your request. Please include in the subject line "international request".
We are very confident in our products and services however we know sometimes things happen. Your satisfaction is very important to us! Our customer guarantee is as follows -
If for some reason a printing error was made on our part, we will reprint your order at no additional charge. Simply send us an email at orders@smocksy.com within 7 busines days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, details of the printing error and attach a clear picture of the t-shirt showing the error. Once we determine that the error was made on our part and can be fixed, we will gladly fix the issue and process a replacement order. We will ship the item back to you using the original shipping method that the order was placed with.
We reserve the right to deny a reprint. We cannot reprint orders based on spelling errors, design tweaks or with other issues that were on the original proof. Therefore we ask that you please very carefully review your online proof before approving it!
We will take a look at the final design to make sure it is super fabulous therefore subtle touch up changes may occur. Please keep in mind that there may be color variations in computer displays and the actual printed t-shirt.
Due to the complete personalization of our products we cannot accept returns for a full refund. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly issue a 10% off coupon to use on your next order or for a replacement order.
